Description
Kemiko® Sta-Natural is a 0-VOC, extremely user-friendly, waterborne silane / siloxane emulsion for sealing Kemiko Stone Tone Stain concrete and other cementitious substrates. Kemiko® Sta-Natural is a water viscosity, single component product that is designed to repel water, reduces efflorescence and frost damage, allows substrate to breathe, has very little or no odour, does not contain solvents, and preserves stained concrete colour. Kemiko® Sta-Natural is resistant to UV and high alkalinity exposure.
Applications
Kemiko® Sta-Natural is applied to properly prepared stained and bare concrete, new and existing stucco finishes, fired clay brick, and many other cementitious mortars. Typical applications include commercial and residential driveways, walkways, facades, pool decks, stamped and stained concrete, new architectural poured in place and pre-cast concrete, and many other horizontal and vertical above grade exterior surfaces requiring additional protection. Excellent replacement product for high VOC solvent base water repellents and sealers with excellent wetting properties.

Surface Preparation
Concrete - All visible oil, grease, sludge, stain residue and any other contaminants shall be removed prior to any Kemiko® Sta-Natural application. Surface shall be cured, dry and free from alkali stain and latencies.
Mask all glass and metal surfaces - THESE SURFACES MUST BE PROTECTED FROM CONTACT WITH THIS PRODUCT!
Application Methods
Brush - Use top-quality china bristle brush for best fi lm properties.
Roller - Lambswool or similar cover with phenolic core, ¼ - ½ inch nap thickness.
Spray - Commercial conventional air spray or airless spray equipment utilizing spray gun tip size between .013"-.015". Adjust pressure for proper atomisation. Maintain consistent spay pressure. On vertical surfaces, start at bottom; apply a fog coat followed immediately by a saturation coat.
Environment - Apply between 50°F - 100°F and 5°F above dewpoint. Do not store in direct sunlight. Protect from freezing. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 24-hours of application. Do not apply to asphalt, glazed brick or glazed tile. Do not apply to wet or frosted surfaces.
Safety - May be irritating to eyes and skin! Wear gloves and eye protection during application. Areas such as pool decks, sloped driveways, or other surfaces subjected to water may become slippery if coated with Kemiko® Sta-Natural. If you must seal these surfaces, keep the sealer film build-up to a minimum.
Warranty
The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. This product is manufactured of selected raw materials by skilled technicians. Neither seller nor manufacturer has any knowledge or control concerning the purchaser's use of this product and no warranty is made as to the results of any use. The only obligation of either seller or manufacturer shall be to replace any quantity of this product, which is proved to be defective. Any claim of defective product must be received in writing within one (1) year from date of shipment. Neither seller nor manufacturer assumes any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of this product.
