Neutra-Clean is an industrial strength, water based sodium meta silicate cleaner for the preparation of bare concrete and coated substrates. Neutra-Clean has a pleasant citrus odour that contains no hazardous solvents, it is concentrated and diluted with water, and prepares the surface for staining, sealing, and re-coating.

- KEMIKO STONE TONE STAIN
Stone Tone Stains are not paint, not a pigment or coating stain. The staining process will create a natural stone or mottled appearance. They are made from an acid solution, wetting agents and metallic ions, and this stain when mixed with water reacts (chemically combines) with the lime in concrete to form permanent, long lasting colours that will not fade, chip or peel. Because this is not an exact pigmented colouring technique, the results cannot be guaranteed. The product is guaranteed to be manufactured correctly .
Stains are best applied with an all-plastic, garden-type pump-up sprayer.

- KEMIKO STONE TONE SEALER
Stone Tone Sealer is a high solids (30%) water base Acrylic Urethane sealer with excellent wear qualities. It is designed for interior and exterior use and is non-yellowing and resistant to blush. Stone Tone Sealer provides a natural looking satin finish to surfaces requiring a durable clear coating. It is suggested two thin coats be applied instead of one thick coat. The surface dries in 2-3 hours; however, heavy traffic should be avoided for 24 hours and washing avoided for 48 hours. Stone Tone Sealer can be purchased in Flat or gloss which provides a Matt or Gloss finish. Sealers are best applied with conventional commercial air spray or airless spray equipment, professional pump-up sprayers, rollers, lambs wool pads or micro-fibre-pads.

- KEMIKO STA-NATURAL WATER REPELLENT
Sta-Natural is a VOC, extremely user-friendly silane / siloxane emulsion for sealing concrete and cementitious substrates. It is designed to repel water, reduce efflorescence and allows the substrate to breath. It is resistant to UV and high alkalinity exposure. Sta-Natural is applied to properly prepared, stained or bare exterior concrete by spray, roller or brush.

- KEMIKO EASY SHINE MOP-ON WAX
Easy Shine Wax is a water-based acrylic polymer mop-on floor finish formulated to protect and minimize the scratching of Kemiko and Kemiko Sta-Natural sealers. This maintenance product can be applied by spraying or pouring on the surface and massaging in a figure eight motion onto the floor with a micro-fibre pad. A minimum of two coats are recommended and the drying time is 20-30 minutes.
